Michaela Kühn is a self-employed solicitor working for the RAK Bartsch law firm, specialising in employment law, health and safety at work, works council law, shareholder rights, liability law and human resources management.

Target audience:

The workshop is aimed at those interested in starting a business, students, PhD candidates and research assistants who are planning to set up a business or are exploring the topic of self-employment. It is particularly suitable for people with a business idea, a start-up project or plans for a spin-off who wish to take the legal fundamentals into account at an early stage.
