‘Setting Up a Business in Compliance with the Law’ provides an overview of the key legal principles for a successful start to self-employment. Participants will gain a practical overview of the legal requirements during the start-up phase and learn to recognise typical mistakes and liability risks at an early stage. Using practical examples, the workshop will cover the key decisions that need to be made both before and during the process of setting up a business.
