For the first time, authors from our region across all genres – from fiction, crime, fantasy and science fiction, through to children’s and young adult literature, non-fiction, poetry, regional history, graphic novels and other literary formats – will be showcasing their work at Mittweida Municipal Library.
Books and projects will be showcased, and there will be an opportunity to chat with the authors, make contacts within the publishing industry and play an active role in shaping the regional literary scene.
A school writing competition is currently underway. The prize-giving ceremony will take place on the day at 10 am.
A reading session will round off the event. Refreshments will be provided.
Everything’s better together!
The event is organised by the Free German Authors’ Association of Saxony, the Mittweida Reading Circle and the Town Library.
