For the first time, authors from our region across all genres will be showcasing their work – from fiction, crime, fantasy and science fiction, through to children’s and young adult literature, non-fiction, poetry, regional history, graphic novels and other literary formats.
Books and projects will be showcased, and there will be opportunities to chat with the authors, forge contacts within the publishing industry and play an active role in shaping the regional literary scene.
A school writing competition is currently underway. The awards ceremony for this will take place on the day at 10.00 am.
A reading session will round off the event. Refreshments will be provided.
Everything’s better together!
The event is organised by the Free German Authors’ Association of Saxony, the Mittweida Reading Circle and the Town Library.
