At TMM, you’ll work as part of a team to build your own electric-powered racing car every year, competing against the world’s top universities on international Formula Student circuits.

In our ‘Business and Science’ projects, academic research and industrial application come together. Here, you’ll be directly involved in the development of products that will be used by businesses tomorrow. A few examples:

• Media Informatics: Here, you’re not just writing code that ends up in the bin. You’ll develop interactive systems, complex software architectures or cutting-edge AR/VR applications directly on commission and in close collaboration with renowned partners from the business world.
• Digital Forensics: Tracking down crime – without any filters. In forensics, you won’t be analysing fictional laboratory scenarios; instead, you’ll be working on real cases from the world of criminal investigation. You’ll analyse real evidence, develop hypotheses and learn directly from the phenomena that are currently keeping investigative authorities and companies on their toes.
• Maker Science: The new Maker Science degree programme bridges the gap between scientific excellence and the do-it-yourself culture. Instead of dry reports, you’ll develop, hack and build concrete, functional prototypes in the Innolab to solve tangible technical and environmental challenges from industry.
