Many students – perhaps you too right now – find themselves asking towards the end of their studies: ‘Where can I really make a difference with my skills?’ This is precisely the question that has also occupied many of our Fellows. These are people who care deeply about the challenges facing our society. People who didn’t want to make a difference ‘sometime in the future’, but right now. Does this sound familiar to you? Then our short talk on Teach First Deutschland’s leadership programme is just the thing for you!
In our talk, you’ll learn about our two-year programme for university graduates from all disciplines. Fellows work in schools in challenging areas, supporting children and young people to realise their potential and embark on successful educational pathways. At the same time, they continue to develop their own leadership skills and become part of a strong community in Germany and around the world that is committed to greater educational equity. 
During the talk, you’ll find out why educational equity is one of the most important issues for Germany’s future, how the leadership programme is structured, and why these two years become one of the most formative experiences of many Fellows’ lives.
