Lecturing Based on Modern University Didactics

The assistant professors complete the qualification programme of The Higher Education Didactics Center Saxony (Hochschuldidaktisches Zentrum Sachsen – HDS) in order to acquire the official certificate of this institution. There are two certificate recipients in the project team, Dr. Frank Schumann and Andy Engel, who have already passed their certificate programme in the first funding period of the SEM Project. They act as multipliers. The higher education didactic training will be used to implement and develop the learned didactic methods in lecturing.
