These tasks include inter alia acquiring competences for a competitional F&E and external funds acquisition at Universities of Applied Sciences, advanced professional education, creation of an independent professional orientation with certain initial research and finding place in the academic community, regarding academic professional networks and practice partners.

Aquiring such competences must follow individual goal settings, defined by an AkA and his/her mentor as well as the SEM Project Management. The defined development goals consider respective professional issues and provide a gradual transmission of specific tasks.
