Become an MHFA first aider!
In the MHFA first aider course, adults learn how to identify and deal with mental disorders in relatives, friends, fellow students and colleagues at an early stage. Participants acquire basic knowledge about various mental disorders and crises and learn how to provide targeted support and information to those affected. An important part of the courses is to train how those affected can be encouraged to seek professional help and activate further resources.
Requirements for applicants:
