Our Master's scholarship holders

"For me, the scholarship means appreciation and recognition from Mittweida University of Applied Sciences for my previous student achievements and my voluntary and social commitment. It enables and motivates me to continue to pursue my student and professional goals as a social worker with determination," reports Maja Weber.

She is currently studying for a Master's degree in “Advice, Management and Control” at the Faculty of Social Work and is involved as a member of the Social Work Student Council for other students in her faculty.

Her goals for the summer semester 2024 are to build on her good performance and volunteer work at the Faculty of Social Work and to continue her work as a tutor for Bachelor students. She would also like to promote and expand participation and leisure opportunities for children and young people in her home town.
