In science, there are no limits to the dreams and talents of women. Equal rights in science start with the strong voice of every single woman. The Master's scholarship for the promotion of women in science and research at Mittweida University of Applied Sciences has enabled me to successfully advance my research projects and gain valuable experience," reports Ms. Alexandra Golubtsova.

For Ms. Golubtsova, it is particularly important to be a role model with her success and to motivate other women to continue their education and work in science - especially in her home country of Kazakhstan. She is convinced that every woman who is successful in science paves the way for the next generation.

Ms. Golubtsova has lived in Mittweida since 2024 and is currently studying for a Master's degree in Industrial Management IBE at the Faculty of Industrial engineering in cooperation with the German-Kazakh University. The next stages of her studies are the practical semester and the completion of her Master's thesis.
