Who can become a mentor?
Ideal mentors are women working in STEM-fields that want to pass on their experiences, expert knowledge and network.
What can I expect as a mentor?
Mentors should act as contacts for mentees from the University of Applied Sciences Mittweida and offer the opportunity for conversation, discussions for potential problems and workshopping solutions in regular meetings and events. Personal experiences can be integrated and expanded in voluntary communal events.
