Who can become Mentee?
All women who study STEM at the University of Applied Sciences Mittweida from the 3rd semester onwards, who are interested in direct networking with women working in (local) economy and science, may register.
Be advised: all official Women Connect events are held in German.
What can you excpect as a mentee?
Participating in the Mentoring-Program Women Connect HSMW offers individual opportunities for personal and career development. Through cross-degree networking with fellow studying women, alumni and businesses the program creates important insights into future working environments and fields and opportunities for discussion and growth for individual goals and wishes.
Personal Enrichment:
- access to female role models in regional sciences and economy
- regular meetings
- valuable advice and tips from mentors with practical experience
- individual Goals and Wishes are set during the mentoring agreement
- guiding framework by the University of Applied Sciences Mittweida
- certificate of participation
