Then register here from the 1st - 31st March 2025!
In the Women Connect HSMW mentoring program as part of the joint project "studienerfolg@saxHAW", you have the opportunity to network with working partners from the STEM field. The program supports career orientation and creates the perfect transition from studies to professional life.
These mentors will accompany you over the course of 9 months, allowing you to obtain close-up experience in the STEM field. In addition we offer exchange meetings, exciting presentations and workshops.
With a focus on qualification - inspiration - exchange, this project creates a direct networking opportunity between students and women working in STEM.

Joint Project studienerfolg@saxHAW
The Universities of Applied Sciences in Saxony – Dresden, Leipzig, Mittweida, Zittau-Görlitz and Zwickau – started the project "studienerfolg@saxHAW" together. The project aims to increase academic success and to increase the amount of women doing skilled work in Saxony.
