I hereby consent to the student council of the Mittweida University of Applied Sciences and the Mittweida University of Applied Sciences being able to process my data and pass it on to combat the Covid 19 pandemic. The information may be passed on to the Gesundheitsachsen Mittelachsen and / or a treating doctor, as well as the respective medical laboratory.
